Debugging and delivery – 100% functionality guarantee
We test and fine-tune the final tool in our own press shops. We deliver a 100% functional tool ready for series production.
The final step in our manufacturing process is the most important test – real-world testing. We install the final tool in our own presses, where we fine-tune and test it under conditions that simulate mass production. The tool is being tested on state-of-the-art testing presses:
- HYDRAULIC PRESS SCHOEN 200t (table clamping surface 1000×1200)
- HiGH-SPEED PRESS BRUDERER 63t (table clamping surface 800×600)
- HYDRAULIC PRESS MOSSINI 2500t (table clamping surface 4900×2400)
The quality of the final products is checked using the most precise 3D touch probe and a 3D optical measuring system with a laser probe:
- OGP SmartScope CNC 500 (measuring range 500x450x200) – for optical measurement
- DEA PERFORMANCE (measuring range 1000x700x700) – 3D coordinate measuring machine with an optical probe
Only after achieving 100% functionality and repeatable quality of the moldings is the tool ready to be handed over to you, including complete technical documentation and training.
