Our company, RENAR, s.r.o., which was founded in 2001 as a member of the REJLTEK METAL&PLATIC GROUP AUSTRIA and has been a fully family-owned company since 2016, pushes the boundaries in the design and manufacture of sheet metal forming tools. We specialize in the most demanding projects for leaders in the automotive and electrical engineering industries. For our partners, we are not just a supplier, but a stable link in the entire process – from initial development and design to final implementation and after-sales service.

2017 – 2023
Strategic investments
A period of strategic investment in technology, during which we expanded production with a new CNC portal center, wire cutters, hydraulic presses (Mossini, Shoen, Bruderer), and a state-of-the-art optical 3D quality measurement device.
The present
We are a team of approximately 30 experts and we train 20 future toolmakers in a dual education system, thereby responsibly educating new and loyal high-quality employees, while successfully supplying our tools to customers throughout the EU, the USA, and other countries around the world.
The Future
We continue to grow and are preparing to build a new modern production hall to further increase our capacity and flexibility so that we can continue to provide our clients with the highest quality products.

Our proven process: From idea to final tool

Tensile or suspension simulations
Thanks to advanced software simulations, we digitally verify the behavior of the material before production. In this way, we eliminate risks, optimize costs and guarantee the functionality of the most complex moldings.

Tool concept
Based on your requirements and our experience, we will create a detailed concept (layout) of the entire tool. In this phase, we define the methodology, the sequence of operations and the overall efficiency of the production process.

Tool construction
Our team of designers will transform the approved concept into an accurate and detailed 3D model. We create complete technical documentation, which is the basis for flawless production of each component.

Technological preparation / programming
We transfer every detail from the 3D model to reality using CAD/CAM software. Our technologists prepare and optimize programs for CNC machines, ensuring maximum accuracy and production efficiency.

Material security
The reliability of the tool begins with quality material. We provide certified steel and standardized parts from proven European suppliers, which are the basis for long life and stability.

Component production
On our modern machine park, we breathe life into individual parts of the tool. We produce each component with an emphasis on the highest accuracy and compliance with all dimensional tolerances.

Tool assembly
Experienced toolmakers assemble hundreds of precisely manufactured components into one functional unit. Consistent and professional assembly is the key to trouble-free operation and long life of the tool.

Debugging / handover
We test and fine-tune the final tool in our own pressing plants. Once we have achieved 100% functionality and quality of the pressings, we hand over the tool directly to you, including complete technical documentation and training.
